This Payment Policy explains the general rules applicable to package purchases, wallet transactions, payment verification, and withdrawals through our platform.
1. Available Payment Methods
The platform may support one or more payment methods depending on the customer's location and the payment channels currently enabled.
Available payment methods will be displayed on the platform when applicable.
2. Wallet Balance
Customers may use their available wallet balance to purchase eligible packages.
Before completing a purchase, customers should ensure that sufficient balance is available.
The purchase amount will be deducted from the applicable wallet balance when the transaction is successfully processed.
3. Investment Package Payment
When an Investment Package is purchased successfully, the applicable package amount is recorded against the customer's account.
The applicable investment benefits, if any, are processed according to the terms and schedule associated with the purchased package.
4. Product Package Payment
Product Package purchases are treated separately from Investment Packages.
Payment for a Product Package represents the purchase of the selected product/package.
A Product Package does not provide daily investment benefits or investment returns.
5. Transaction Verification
Transactions may be subject to verification.
The verification process may include checking:
- User ID.
- User information.
- Transaction amount.
- Transfer records.
- Package information.
- Payment reference.
- Other relevant transaction details.
6. Leader Fund Transfer Process
Where the applicable operating model requires Leader-based fund transfers:
- The user transfers the required funds to the designated Leader.
- The Leader transfers the corresponding funds to the designated Super Group Leader.
- The Super Group Leader transfers the collected funds and relevant user information to the designated Central Country Account.
- The Audit Team verifies the information and amount on the following day.
Any discrepancy may cause the related account or transaction to remain pending or suspended until the issue is resolved.
7. Payment Confirmation
A transaction should not be considered fully completed solely because a user has initiated a transfer.
The transaction may require confirmation and verification before the corresponding package or benefit is activated.
8. Withdrawal Schedule
Withdrawals are processed according to the platform's weekly withdrawal schedule.
The current withdrawal schedule is:
Saturday: Withdrawal request submission deadline.
5:00 PM Saturday: Requests submitted before this time may be included in the upcoming Sunday processing.
Sunday: Scheduled withdrawal/payment day.
9. Withdrawal Requests
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot normally be changed or cancelled during the applicable weekly processing period.
Users should carefully review the requested amount and payment details before submitting a withdrawal request.
10. Failed or Delayed Transactions
A transaction may be delayed because of:
- Payment-provider issues.
- Banking or financial network delays.
- Incorrect transaction information.
- Verification requirements.
- Technical problems.
- Security checks.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Where applicable, users may be asked to provide additional information to resolve a transaction issue.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the transaction, package type, order status, applicable policy, and circumstances of the request.
Product-related refunds may also be subject to product delivery and return conditions.
12. Fraud Prevention
We may suspend or investigate transactions that appear suspicious, unauthorized, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the user's account activity.
Users must not use the platform to process fraudulent or unauthorized payments.
13. Payment Policy Updates
We may modify supported payment methods, processing procedures, withdrawal schedules, or other payment rules when necessary.
Updated policies will be published on the platform.
